Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:Monogram: M This is another example of extended ways to use letters from our Monogram Sets. The letter F from Kiddo Monogram Set 3 has an interesting flowing shape - semi-abstract. We made several copies, some mirrored and rotated in our embroidery software program, then arranged the four motifs into the shape of a frame. For the interior letter we needed something vertical and a bit different in style. The letter M from Arabesque Monogram Set 8 was chosen, but just the letter, not the flanking brackets. The overall size is 7 1/2" (189mm) tall by 6" (152mm) wide How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
