I have yet to open it and was wondering if it could be exchanged for a collection that I would like to have in my collection. EmbroideryArts Support answers: Downloaded products cannot be returned, but unopened packaged products can be returned to us for refund or exchange. If you want to swap the unopened package for something else, you could choose one of our other pre-packaged Collctions, or exchange what you have for a Custom Collection - you choose any four styles. Please send the product that you wish to exchange, along with a note explaining what you want to do to: embroideryarts --Posted by: Linda Adamson at April 23, 2006 01:14 PM | |||||
