If you are a regular visitor to our website you will notice a few changes:

New Download Interface

We have changed the fulfillment and shopping cart system. Aside from a different look to the shopping cart, there is a new system for download product purchases.

Once you have completed the checkout procedure you will be automatically taken to a download page to transfer an installation file for each product purchased. You will also receive a confirmation email that contains a link to this download page. For security, our download product links are active for 24 hours after purchase. During that time your download order can be redownloaded using this link.

As a courtesy, we will resend download links without charge for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact us by email, or by phone at 845-358-5546.

After 30 days, you can purchase Extended Download Service for $4.95 per order.

Back-up CD

For complete Monogram Sets chosen for download, there is now the option to purchase a back-up cd. A drop-down menu will appear in the shopping cart under each eligible product. The back-up cd option costs $4.95, which includes shipping & handling by USPS First Class Mail.

More Shipping Options

For physical products, you will see a drop-down menu on the Checkout page which offers several shipping options for domestic and international shipping. USPS First Class Mail ($4.50) is the default.

More Payment Options

In addition to credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover - you can now choose PayPal as a payment option.

Custom Collection

Our popular Custom Collection has been replaced with a tiered-pricing system - the more you buy the bigger the savings. Our previous Custom Collection was based on choosing any four Monogram Sets for a discounted price.

With our new system, choose any four Monogram Sets (regular price $39.95 x 4 = $159.80) and receive a 35% discount. Choose any 6 Monogram Sets and receive a 40% discount. Choose any 8 Monogram Sets or more and receive a 50% discount.

The shopping cart will automatically calculate the appropriate discount.

Price Change

Monogram Sets (previously $49.95 each) are now $39.95. Monogram Manager and the Project Corner CD are now $39.95.
