Important! (Please Read Before proceeding)

Our Custom Collection by mail-order comes to you on a CD. The CD will contain four individual multi-format installation files - one for each style that you choose to make up your Custom Collection. The installation files contain a simple installation wizard.

Our Custom Collection by download will consist of four individual installation files. Download each installation file to your computer, then use the included installation wizard to install each style to your computer.

NOTE: the average filesize for a complete Monogram Set is 2mb. You will be downloading four individual installation files - one for each style chosen. If you have a slow dial-up connection you might want to consider our Mailorder option.

Installing Designs to Your Computer

Please research your purchases carefully before completing your order. RETURN POLICY: We are happy to provide replacements for defective media shipped as mail-order products in the unlikely event that the installation media is damaged in shipment. Mail-order products that are unopened may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase.

Downloaded products cannot be returned, but can be redownloaded using our Customer Service link.
